I’m a proud Jewish mom, profoundly influenced by my father’s family, whose strength, compassion, honesty, and unwavering support for one another inspired the creation of Meaningful Mitzvah. I grew up surrounded by stories, connection, and a deep sense of belonging. But like many people, I also came to understand that not every family experiences connection in the same way. Sometimes stories aren’t shared. Sometimes wisdom isn’t voiced. Sometimes the threads between generations feel more fragile than we’d like. Meaningful Mitzvah was born from the belief that every child deserves access to the voices, experiences, and values that shape their family’s story.
Because long after the celebration ends, it is these stories that remain.
